Flexographic

The Flexographic printing process is most suited for those medium to large production runs, from simple one to six spot colour designs to process cmyk with spot PMS colour matching capabilities. The latest in Camera technology assists in constant registration as this is a must in High Speed web printing. Both Rotomag and Comco 6 and 5 Colour presses assist our printers in our up to date Manufacturing plant. All ink mixing and matching is done in house to ensure we have full control at the print stage - Prepress work from proofing to plate stage is carried out in our art department to speed up the whole process.
